Shapes 4-5

Even though this is another short video, it holds the basics you’ll need to flow on from 1-3 into 4-5.

Remember that the feeling of the movement wants to be tidal, focused without force. It all comes from you ‘bowl, the inside your pelvis, and all the other parts of your body come along for the ride. So if you find yourself overworking anywhere, return back to your ‘bowl’, maybe even go back to ‘cat-cow’ and the lying variations covered in prior essays. Creating a foundation is the first step, as without this, creating a good container is really hard and cultivating energy inside of it next to impossible.
