There will be a natural pause before the body breathes, especially in the third neck nodding move. And yes, the breath, at least in me, does travel right up into the head. Cast your mind into your knowledge of Banda, and you’ll see it’s all pretty natural when you let it happen.

I havn't commented on the flvours until now because I had to give it some time to practice it. First and second, no problem. Third one tricky as you said. Was a little reluctant at first, as I remembered what I had seen in you when you where doing it. Thinking it might brake me!
Wasnt sure I had it right at first but when I felt the difference in the breath and difference all over really, I am sure I am totaly on it!. It feels nothing less thanwonderful! ! Icant even find a good word for the feeling when the breath is breathing me!!!
