The great thing about this work is how “it does you”. All you have to do is provide the conditions, structure and environment in which they like occur. I truly love this aspect of it as from this I know that if ever I find myself thinking or trying too hard to make a shape,I am doing it wrong. It also means that it is always training the thing before the thing, “the fundamentals of the fundamentals” as Charles likes to say. In short, it means that I am cultivating one thing, which is the ever deepening experience of life and the Love within it.
