The TARDIS…

Shape eight of the spinal 8

Welcome to this basic how-to video on the eighth and final shape of the spinal 8 sequence.

Whist edition the essay on this same shape, I write under one of the photos how this shape really is a bit like the TARDIS from Dr who, which was notably much bigger on the inside than it looked on the outside. Because, quite frankly, the feeling you are left with after performing the sequence is one where the your perception of the internal space is so enhanced, this, and the absence of those niggling unnecessary tensions leaves you feeling so delightfully expansive, that you cannot help but let more life in. And boy, that was a long sentence, but then again, the space this sequence creates demands a lot of description.

There wont be that much ‘information’ on specific “how-to’s’ on this video, for that has been reserved for those who’ve subscribed. Saying that. It’s still worth giving it a go, as even of you don’t get to feel much, at least you’ve introduced yourself to the many unnecessary tensions you carry in the fabric of your being.

Next week we will look at the spinal 8 in the last essay on this routine, after which we will take ourselves into another sequence which also has eight main movements. Until then, with childlike wonder, I leave you to have a play with this shape, and hopefully put this on the end of those which preceded it, to leave you with the eternal joy found in momentarily freeing your spine.

Until next week, bye bye.
