Screwing deeper into the twist…

So the good stuff frees you from the inside out!

I feel like I’m taking a bit of a risk with this one, as I am aware that my tendency is to start too in-depth for those of you just starting out on this journey. Yet, there is something about seeing where something goes, what it ‘cultivates’ as my M.Mark Raudva lied to say.

My hope with this essay is that you not only hear the words directly from me, but you also see the changes within the shapes I make, as this shows you that all the fancy words point towards something real, and that this stuff is doable. Granted, it may take some time, dedication and study, but it is so worth it. As the benefits of freeing your spine from unnecessary tensions are plentiful, like a gift that keeps on giving. And these gifts range from reduced stress, better posture, more energy, improved mobility and ease of moving in the world, though to better health, and not to be underestimated, a greater sense of ease moving through and interacting with the world.

These twelve shapes, six on the left and right, make up the twisting section of the spinal 8, yet they hold so much more that the eye can perceive. It is my hope that this video essay points you towards the practice of them, so you too can enjoy the freedom which comes from feeling the space, channeling the softness, and experiencing ‘the good stuff’ which resides within you.
